goMICE is affiliated with SGRZ. You can check this here . Within the limits of the SGRZ guarantee scheme , trips published by goMICE are covered by the SGRZ guarantee. This SGRZ guarantee means that the consumer is assured that his pre-paid travel money will be refunded if the other party cannot fulfill the agreed performance due to financial insolvency. Insofar as the agreement includes transportation and the destination has already been reached, the return trip will be taken care of.
Since Feb. 1, 2021, every consumer who books a trip with a travel organization affiliated with SGRZ pays €5 per person per booking. For years, guaranteeing your booked trip was free, but even after the corona crisis the guarantee fund should be there for you, so you can continue to travel carefree.
goMICE is affiliated with the Travel Guarantee Fund Foundation. The guarantee of the Calamity Fund means that you as a traveler participating in a trip to which the guarantee applies:
• (part of) your travel sum will be refunded if we cannot execute the trip due to a calamity;
